What You’ll Do
Design and build AI-driven developer tools that integrate with GitHub, GitLab, and CI pipelines — from scalable code review infrastructure to IDE and CLI tooling
Work on contextual reasoning engines that ingest documentation, Slack threads, and past PRs to make intelligent, codebase-aware suggestions
Collaborate closely with ML engineers to integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open weights) into core workflows, optimizing for performance, cost, and relevance
Build multi-repo graph systems to understand dependencies and risk across large codebases
Lead major architectural decisions and mentor other engineers on technical direction
Ship rapidly and responsibly — balancing short-term speed with long-term scalability
We’re Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally building developer tools, dev infrastructure, or platform engineering systems
Deep experience with Python, TypeScript/React, or other modern backend/frontend stacks
Strong understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and common pain points in modern software teams
Experience building high-scale systems — background in distributed systems, code intelligence, or static analysis a plus
Comfort working closely with product and design in a fast-paced, low-ego startup environment
Interest or experience in working with AI/ML systems, especially large language models, is a strong bonus
